House and Senate Waterway Caucuses Kick-off (5-20-04)
On May 20th, 2004, the House and Senate Waterways Caucuses announced their formations at a press conference in the U.S. Capitol. Speakers included Congrs. Mike McIntyre (NC), John Doolitte (CA), Kenny Hulshof (MO), Henry Brown (SC), Jack Kingston (GA), Sen. Jim Talent (MO), Fred Caver (deputy director of civil works for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) and Worth Hager, President of NWC.
